Hi, I’m Asma — the founder and creative soul behind Kado Essence.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been captivated by the beauty of things that feel unique, refined, and deeply intentional. That love for sophistication has always shown up in my work — from the way I design events to the smallest details like invitation cards, color palettes, and themes. I’ve spent years creating corporate and personal events that are not just beautiful, but meaningful.

Then one day, through an event I was planning, I came across Ikebana — the Japanese art of floral arrangement. It stopped me in my tracks. The elegance, the restraint, the way each stem had a purpose — it was unlike anything I had ever seen. I learned that these arrangements take years to master, and that the most ancient and revered school of Ikebana is called Ikenobo.

That discovery led me on a journey — one that took me all the way to Kyoto, Japan, where Ikebana began over 500 years ago. There, I studied the philosophy and practice of Ikenobo, and it changed the way I see the world. It taught me that beauty lies in simplicity, and that every creation — whether a flower or a celebration — tells a story.

That’s why I created Kado Essence.
