Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom designs and seasonal floral subscriptions may require additional time, which will be communicated at checkout or via email.
2. Delivery Area

Ikebana Subscriptions: These are hand-delivered by a Kado Essence staff member within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to ensure freshness and presentation.

Printed Products: Items such as invitations, menus, and custom prints are shipped across Canada via trusted local delivery services including Uber Deliver, Purolator, and UPS.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times:

GTA Hand Delivery (Ikebana): 2–4 business days

4. Packaging
All items are thoughtfully packaged to preserve their quality and presentation. Floral arrangements are delivered with care to maintain freshness and design integrity

You will receive a confirmation email with delivery or tracking details once your order is dispatched.
6. Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged or is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kadoessence.com. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue with care and attention.
